Step right up to a world where the glitter never tells the whole story. Chloë Whitehorn’s newest play, Admit Two, pulls back the velvet curtain on a circus simmering with secrets, rivalries, and dangerous charm. When Dante—the troupe’s slick, handsome knife thrower—returns from an unexpected exile, he finds his place usurped by Glimmer, a mesmerizing aerialist with mysteries of her own. The Clairvoyant is rattled that his return was not foretold, Mama Rhea is pretending not to be while donning the ringmaster King’s red top hat, and beneath the sawdust and stale popcorn lie truths waiting to ignite. Featuring Syd Chinnick, Shannon Donnelly, Rosemary Euringer, and Craig Norton, and directed by Anne Marie Mortensen, Admit Two invites you to uncover the hidden desires and shadowy motivations that keep this circus spinning. Step inside… if you dare.
